Baptism is the sacrament that makes us children of God and members of the Church. Through water and the Holy Spirit, we are born to a new life in Christ.
Requisitos
- Child's birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate of the godparents (not parents)
- ID of the father, mother, or legal guardian
- Signed authorization if only one parent appears

What is the recommended age for baptism?+
It is recommended to baptize children within the first weeks or months of life to receive sanctifying grace as soon as possible.
Who can be godparents?+
They must be baptized Catholics, have received Confirmation and the Eucharist, lead a life consistent with the faith, and be at least 16 years old.
How much does it cost to celebrate baptism?+
The sacraments are free. A voluntary offering may be given for the support of the parish and the expenses of the celebration.
Is the pre-baptismal course mandatory?+
Yes, both parents and godparents must attend the preparatory talk before the celebration.
