Diocesan Church Day 2026

God counts on you

An invitation to live the faith, share our gifts, and participate in the mission of the Church.

A living Church that needs everyone

We celebrate Diocesan Church Day 2026 under the motto "God counts on you". This day invites us to recognize that we are all part of the Church and that each person can contribute to building a living, close-knit, and supportive Christian community.

The Archbishop of Valencia, Monsignor Enrique Benavent Vidal, reminds us that the evangelizing mission is sustained by the dedication and participation of all: our prayer, our time, our services, and our generous collaboration.

"God counts on you". Every vocation, service, and act of charity contributes to the evangelizing mission of our Church.

A faith that becomes daily commitment

The Church is not only a collection of buildings. It is a community that celebrates the faith, proclaims the Gospel, accompanies families, and offers help to people who need it most.

From our Parish of San Pascual Bailón in El Perelló, this day encourages us to reflect on how we live our faith and in what way we can contribute to the service of our community.
